Introductory Consultation Duration: 30 min Fee: Complimentary • Description: An introductory session to meet and greet and discuss your academic or professional goals, answer questions, and determine how Smile for Success can best support your journey.
Academic Tutoring (Individual) Duration: 60 min Fee: $75 • Description: Personalized instruction to strengthen your academic foundation and build confidence in core subjects related to dental hygiene and health sciences. Sessions include review of course materials, study strategies, time management, and exam preparation techniques.
Academic Tutoring (Group of min. 4/+ Participants) Duration: 60 min Fee: $65/person • Description: Collaborative instruction designed to strengthen academic understanding and confidence in core dental hygiene and health science subjects. Group sessions encourage active participation, peer discussion, and shared problem-solving while covering key topics such as course review, study strategies, time management, and exam techniques. Each session offers a supportive, team-based environment that helps students learn from one another and stay motivated as they progress together.
Board Application Guidance Duration: 60 minutes (initial session) + ongoing support until approval Fee: $90 (OTF) • Description: Step-by-step guidance for completing dental hygiene board applications, including document preparation, requirements review, and deadline management. Collaboration with your institution or professional program (if applicable) ensures that your application materials align with academic, licensing, and professional standards — whether you are currently enrolled or have already graduated. This service is a one-time fee (OTF) and includes ongoing support until your application is approved, unless the application requires re-submission, in which case additional fees may be applied.
Board Exam Preparation (Individual) Duration: 60 min Fee: $75 • Description: Comprehensive 1:1 session designed to organize, review, and reinforce your knowledge for the dental hygiene board exams. Includes test-taking strategies, confidence-building, and focused content review.
Board Exam Preparation (Group of min. 4/+ Participants) Duration: 60 min Fee: $65/person • Description: Perfect for students preparing for board exams together. These sessions focus on essential concepts, study techniques, and Q&A discussions in a collaborative learning environment. Limited to 10 participants per session.
Academic & Professional Coaching Duration: 60 min Fee: $85 • Description: Targeted coaching sessions offering academic structure, clinical preparation, and career development support. Ideal for students or professionals seeking clarity, confidence, and balance throughout their educational or professional journey.
Comprehensive DH Support Session Duration: 60 min Fee: $120 • Description: A fully customized session combining board application guidance, board exam preparation, academic tutoring, and professional coaching. Ideal for students who want focused support across multiple areas in one appointment.

• Payments are made securely through Stripe at the time of booking. • Major credit/debit cards and PayPal are accepted. • Klarna or Afterpay options are available for bundles and group sessions. • ACH Direct Debit is offered for larger packages to reduce fees.

1. Select your service and preferred date and time. 2. Complete secure payment during checkout to confirm your appointment. 3. You will receive a confirmation email with session details and Zoom meeting information. Please refer to the camera policy below. 4. For bundles, a private scheduling link will be provided after purchase.

• All sessions are conducted via Zoom. • Group sessions are first-come, first-served with the max. of 10 participants. • Camera Policy: To ensure engagement and maintain a professional learning environment, all participants are required to have their cameras on during sessions. Sessions conducted with cameras off will be subject to cancellation without refund. Please ensure your device and connection are prepared before your scheduled time. •Customized packages and extended support options may be discussed during your complimentary consultation to best fit your learning goals. •Group sessions are confirmed once a minimum of four participants have registered. Smaller private groups (2–3 students) may be arranged upon request at adjusted rates. • All pricing is subject to change as services evolve and demand increases. Current rates are honored for all confirmed appointments and packages.
